FORT WORTH, Texas, June 6, 2021 – Katelyn Jong of Allen, Texas/Metroplex Gymnastics continued to impress at the 2021 U.S. Gymnastics Championships Sunday at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The 2021 U.S. Classic junior all-around champion entered the day in the top spot and never looked back, earning a 107.400 across two days of competition to claim the 2021 junior all-around national championship. FORT WORTH, Texas, June 4, 2021 – Simone Biles of Spring, Texas/World Champions Centre will take a full two-point lead into day two of the senior women’s all-around competition at the 2021 U.S. Gymnastics Championships. The six-time U.S. national champion posted a 59.550 Friday at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, outpacing her 2019 World Championships all-around total by more than half of a point. INDIANAPOLIS, May 21, 2021 – Junior gymnast Katelyn Jong of Allen Texas/Metroplex Gymnastics dominated the competition Friday night in Indianapolis, cruising to a three-point all-around victory and three event titles at the 2021 GK U.S. Classic. INDIANAPOLIS, March 13, 2021 – USA Gymnastics today announced the full 2021 U.S. Women’s Junior and Senior National Team rosters following the conclusion of the first in-person National Team camp of the year. Five junior and four senior athletes automatically qualified to the National Team through their all-around performances at the 2021 Winter Cup in February. The additional gymnasts were named to the team by the Athlete Selection Committee who considered in-camp performance in addition to submitted petitions.
