Simone Biles showed the world last weekend that she is still the best in the field, winning the all-around and every individual event title at the 2018 U.S. Gymnastics Championships. Over the two days of competition, Biles showed off her incredible power and execution, and she not only has her skills back from Rio, but she’s even upgraded on bars, beam, and floor.

Following the conclusion of the 2018 U.S. Gymnastics Championships, USA Gymnastics has named the U.S. women's team for the 2018 Pan American Championships, set to be held Sept. 14-16, in Lima Peru. The championships serves as the qualification for the 2019 Pan American Games, which will also be held in Lima, Peru.

Simone Biles secured her fifth National Championship title tonight, totaling a 119.850 over two days of competition. In addition to her all-around win, she also won every individual event title. Morgan Hurd followed in second place in the all-around with a 113.300, and Riley McCusker placed third with a 112.750.
For the second time since taking the helm of USA Gymnastics, Kerry Perry sat down with media to read a statement about USA Gymnastics’ current initiatives and answer a number of questions, including several pertaining to her communication with Simone Biles, Madison Kocian and Kyla Ross. The first time she spoke to a group of media was off the record at the 2018 GK U.S. Classic.

GAGE’s Leanne Wong secured the Junior National Championship title today, totaling a 112.250 over two days of competition. She was followed by Kayla DiCello with a 111.200, and Sunisa Lee with a 111.050. The junior event champions include DiCello on vault, Lee on bars, Konnor McClain on beam, and Wong on floor.
After a strong performance on the second day of competition for the senior men, USOTC's Sam Mikulak secured his fifth National Title with a massive 172.900. Following Mikulak was Oklahoma's Yul Moldauer with a 168.150, and Oklahoma's Allan Bower with a 166.950.

Simone Biles took the top spot in the senior session on Day 1 of the 2018 U.S. Championships, with an all-around score of 60.100. She was followed by Morgan Hurd in second place with a 57.00 and Riley McCusker in third place with a 56.050. Gymnasts will compete again on Sunday evening, when a new senior National Champion will be crowned.
Leanne Wong emerged as the leader on Day 1 of the 2018 U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Boston, with a total all-around score of 56.400. She was followed by Sunisa Lee with a 55.900, and Kayla DiCello in third place with a 55.250. Gymnasts will compete again on Sunday, when the final rankings will be established.

Sam Mikulak of the USOTC leads the senior men's all-around standings with an 85.15 after the first night of competition at the 2018 US Gymnastics Championships, in Boston, MA. Akash Modi of Stanford posted the second highest all-around score with an 84.1 and Allan Bower of Oklahoma followed in third with an 83.85.
