The No. 20 Kentucky Wildcats recorded their highest season opening score in school history at the Cal quad meet for a second place finish. Gymnasts to watch from Auburn are Audrey Harrison and Kayla Hartley. Harrison scored a career best 9.9 on bars in the season opener and tied for first.  Hartley's floor at last week's competition earned her the highest floor score in the competition with a 9.9 #7 Nebraska at #10 Michigan Saturday, Jan 12th 2013 3:00 PM   The Wolverines had a fantastic season opener and tied Florida for the highest score in the country in the first week of competition. This is a veteran team consisting of ten returning members and four freshman. Look for some big scores from Joanne Sampson, Sampson won the all-around at the Cancun Classic with a huge score of 39.425. This duel meet will be the season opener for Nebraska. The Huskers have high expectations for 2013 after winning their second consecutive conference title last season (first in the Big 10). This is a confident team with six returning all americans.
