Workout Wednesday- Southeastern Gymnastics

This weeks Workout Wednesday, we take look at a regional championships preparation workout from one of the top producing gyms in the country Southeastern Gymnastics. Southeastern is located outside of Charlotte, North Carolina and has a long history of great gymnasts in the JO and college arenas. We filmed this workout on April 1st, two weeks before the Region 8 Championships. This workout features many 2014 JO National Qualifers including UCLA verbal commits Grace Glenn and Anna Glenn, University of Michigan commit Maggie O'Hara and LSU commit Julianna Cannamela all of which have qualified to the upcoming JO Nationals. Southeastern Gymnastics was recently named the USAG National Club of the Year.
