In this Workout Wednesday we visit one of the most recognized gymnastics programs in the country, Parkettes Gymnastics in Allentown, PA. The workout focuses on both routine work and upgrade training in preparation for National Team Camp and the elite competition season. Under the ever-watchful eye of Mr. and Mrs. Strauss, this workout features current and up-and-coming elites Christina Desiderio, Margzetta Frazier, Taylor Lawson, and Megan Freed, and Molly Frack.
