Katelyn Jong's apprehensiveness on beam in her early days would not be the best indicator of the junior elite gymnast that she would become today. Her transformation is the sum of incremental improvements and a one step at a time mentality.

Standing at only four feet eight inches tall, fifteen-year-old Joscelyn Roberson is a small girl with big dreams and incredibly powerful gymnastics from Texarkana, Texas. She attends North East Texas Elite Gymnastics, where she’s trained since she was five years old.

February 12-14, 2021 Fort Worth will host the Metroplex Challenge featuring some of the best college teams and more than 200 Level 10 gymnasts in the country.
