    DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., May 16, 2021 – The 2021 USA Gymnastics Development Program National Championships, previously known as the Junior Olympic National Championships, wrapped up Sunday at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Fla. Men’s all-around and individual event titles were awarded in Junior Elite and Junior National divisions for Levels 8, 9 and 10. Regional team champions were also named for each division, while Junior National club team championships were awarded by level.

Here we go… Generally speaking, the secret to performing your best when it matters most is being able to get your mind and body in sync and working together. You do that by using the various mental skills and techniques that I have presented in the previous blogs. The great thing about all of those topics is that the more you use them, the better they work for you. Also, the more skills you use, the more tools you have at your disposal to help you when different issues arise. So, for best results, you should incorporate multiple mental skills and use them often!
