Claire Pease, Kieryn Finnell Take AA Titles At 2021 GK Hopes Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, May 21, 2021 – Claire Pease of Sunnyvale, Texas/WOGA Gymnastics captured the all-around title in the 2021 GK Hopes Championships 11-12-year-old division, while Kieryn Finnell of Pittsford, N.Y./Rochester Gymnastics Academy led all competitors in the 13-14-year-old division Friday at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

Pease (50.050) finished a full two points ahead of runner-up Tyler Turner of San Jose, Calif./Airborne Gymnastics Training Center (48.050). Addy Fulcher of Dallas, N.C./First in Flight rounded out the top three with a 47.600. In the 13-14-year-old competition, Finnell (51.200) paced Audrey Snyder of Annapolis, Md./First State Gymnastics (50.650) and Myli Lew of Belmont, Calif./San Mateo Gymnastics (50.150) who were second and third, respectively.
